He Stretches Us

Jesus was the Christ, God’s anointed one, whom John pointed out by public proclamation, and whom God publicly proclaimed at His baptism.   You see John was showing how God has revealed His plan through Jesus, How God calls people for a purpose in life and that there is a good plan in place but it will stretch our thinking.   Throughout all the scriptures God speaks to those who listen.
